I recently visited Aurora Bangkok Massage on Sukhumvit Soi 24 and put together a quick review to help you decide if it’s worth adding to your Bangkok itinerary.

They operate every day from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, making it an easy spot to drop by during the afternoon or after hitting the local bars at night. It’s clean, modern, well-maintained, and offers a solid lineup of Nuru, jacuzzi, and soapy massage services.

Getting there is really simple: take the BTS Skytrain to Phrom Phong Station, take the exit towards Soi 24, and walk down the alley. You're looking at about a 3 to 4-minute walk from the station. You can take a taxi or Grab, but traffic on Soi 24 gets pretty backed up during peak hours, so stick to the BTS if you can.

I really like this feature because there will be no surprises when you get there. You can choose your girl in advance - only if you want to.

My Experience & The Staff

I headed over around 3:00 PM on a weekday. The entrance is fairly discreet, and as soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by reception. Because this place leans heavily into Japanese hospitality standards, the front desk is polite, professional, and the lounge area is spotless. Just so you know, you don't have to be Japanese to go there. Anyone is welcome, just be respectful to the girls and staff.

There were about 20 - 25 girls in the lineup when I arrived. I was told they have a total of 50 staff members. The quality of the staff here is definitely a step above standard street massage shops. Most of the girls are in their early-to-mid 20s, slim, attractive, and very presentable. They speak basic English and Japanese - enough to communicate what you like without any hassle.

I checked out the lineup and went with a girl named Aiko. 

We headed up to the room, which I’d rate an 8 out of 10 for cleanliness and ambiance. It felt more like a boutique hotel room than a typical massage shop. She took me into the shower first, washed me down, and then we moved over to the mattress for a full Nuru session.

She took her time, was genuinely friendly, and didn't rush the clock at all. Keeping details PG here, but let's just say the service was top-notch and well worth the extra add-on fee for the Nuru gel.

So is Aurora Massage Worth It?

Yes, absolutely. If you’re looking for a higher-end, clean Japanese-style soapy or Nuru massage experience in Phrom Phong, Aurora is a great choice.

While it's slightly more expensive than basic oil massage shops on Soi 22 or 24, you get what you pay for: better rooms, hotter girls, strict hygiene, and zero pressure tactics.

My advice? Check their website or LINE schedule earlier in the day to see who's working, pop in around mid-afternoon when it’s quieter, and opt for at least 60 minutes with the Nuru option. You won't regret it!
